I’m honestly surprised this book is for free because this was full of GREAT information for those who are on the fence of being or transitioning to veganism. This had wonderful backstory of where veganism came from and even had a MONTH worth of rest recipes!💚

Surprisingly quite alright considering I got it for free. I already tried a few recepies, too bad there is only 10 lunch recepies. I wouldnt consider these recepies to be for beginners since there a lot easier ways, but this book does aim to turn some of the typical meaty, dairy dishes into simple vegan alternatives.
