    I am looking forward to trying many of the recipes presented - I did not realize how useful my Sous vide Joule could be!

    Plenty of good tips and cooking times. There are also some party recipes (cooking shrimp in bulk for cocktail, etc) that were helpful to see. That said about a quarter of the book are recipes that use sous vide because it is there and I don't see much gain over traditional method or even crockpot. Plenty of good tips and cooking times.
