I found this to be a very good take on the life of a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam War. Granted, they couldn't show all the blood and violence, since it is a children's book. This chapter book incorporated some comic strips, so that made it different to me. I found this to be a very good take on the life of a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam War.
