There are several good low Fodmap cookbooks out there but this one has simple common ingredients that are quick to pull together. If you are looking to really delve into the low Fodmap diet and working through eliminations, I recommend The Low-FODMAP by Dede Wilson and Kate Scarlata. But for quick and easy recipes, dressings, and sauces you can use to build out your daily cooking repertoire, I highly recommend this book.
