Authorpreneur is quite an inspiring book, it will boost you from top to the ground. By the time you would finish this book, you would be mentally boosted to give these methods a try which are mentioned in the book. When I found this book I was looking for a e-book regarding Digital Marketing to achieve the rank on "Best Website Designing Company in Delhi NCR" keyword. But This book gain my interest very fast. I finished it in a week. Authorpreneur is quite an inspiring book, it will boost you from top to the ground. Unsatisfying and Hollow As an aspiring author on the way to getting something published, I’ve been reading up on different people’s perspectives on the self-publishing process. Unfortunately, this book was one of the ones that fell really flat for me. The whole book felt as if it was a humble brag instead of something that was helpful, and that also included so many people praising his company in the actual book and constantly plugging his courses and business. The whole book felt as if it was a humble brag instead of something that was helpful, and that also included so many people praising his company in the actual book and constantly plugging his courses and business. Instead of being something useful, it ended up being a marketing tool for other things; as he funnily enough suggested others do too. A few of the things sat wrong with me, like him mentioning that selling books is a good way to earn passive income and then spent the rest of the book proving that it’s not passive at all. Marketing your book takes work. Overall, I’m disappointed.

While I know about writing, I only had peripheral knowledge of the other steps. With this book, I feel I can confidently take the next steps to make my dreams of becoming a fully-fledged authorpreneur come true.

Jesse Tevelow is not someone to keep secrets or hoard knowledge. If you want all the benefits of an expensive course in writing and self-publishing a book that can help propel your career and grow your credibility, you cannot do better than Authorpreneur. Everything about the book, and the excellent companion courseware, is a blueprint for your success. Jesse even shows you how the book you're reading is a guide to your own book, and how he's honed his own process into the valuable book you're enjoying. Perhaps the only minor negatives are the "Inspiration Breaks" which read more like mini commercials for his company. But he makes no bones about using your book to build your brand, so he's practicing what he's preaching! You'll really enjoy the stories, the honesty, and the value you get from Authorpreneur.

Five Stars Minus One This was an excellent book for aspiring or even seasoned bookpreneurs. Every detail was on point valuable and useful. The only point I disagree with is when J says, hit the button and share your book billions. That's just not true. In the digital business, we can write a thousand books, ebooks, or any form of publication, but unless the project gets the proper exposure no one will know your book exists. Please don't make it sound so simple when it is not. Unless you have thou Five Stars Minus One This was an excellent book for aspiring or even seasoned bookpreneurs. Unless you have thousands to pay for ads on social media, and or you are a highly visual social media influencer and you are extremely popular in your community, you have your work cut out for you to have your book exposed to the public. This is epecially if you are a self-published author. Nevertheless, this is an awesome book and I highly recommend it.

Warning! Jesse Tevelow's books are not just for Gen X, Y, Zers! Anyone working in technology, marketing, or managing people will learn a ton from Jesse's hustle lessons. So, more about Jesse. I read Hustle back in early 2017 and immediately connected with Jesse via LinkedIn. Last week, I read both of his other books Authorpreneur and The Connection Algorithm. Here is a personal example of how Jesse is impacting my life - right now, in real-time: Recently a close friend, who is also one of my favorite writers and storytellers, Steve Shepard, approached me (again) about collaborating on a book. Actually, he is persistently nudging me to co-author a few books about emerging technologies and innovation. If I write a book, even with a professional writer's guiding skills, I immediately thought to reconnect with Jesse and his Launchteam services for help making our best impressions with the market. I mean, if we're going to do it, do it right. Stay tuned!

Awesome book! This was an easy to read book filled with insight on how to become an author. The only reason that I did not date this book with 5 stars is because I just launched my first book and am looking forward to trying the marketing suggestions and additional resources the author includes. I believe it will make a difference and once it does I review again. I would recommend this book to anyone who desires to write or start a business. I wish I would have read it sooner!!

Excellent Overall I’m a fan of Jesse, and this book shows what he does best: take something that seems daunting and gives you actual advice for taking it on. He provides great advice and interesting ideas about why and how to write a successful book. My only fault was the inspirational stories that were supposed to be littered through, instead they were just Testimonials for his company. Besides that, it’s a short and valuable read for anyone one looking to have a successful book and launch.

I’m a published author and I still learned from this book I love staying on top of the industry so I bought and read this entire book as soon as I saw it. Jesse gives some really good tips to get your book written and published - easily. I love his launch strategy and how he gets reviews. I would say you should buy a copywriting book in addition to this one so you learn how to create a killer title, subtitle, and description.

Great book if you want to be an author There are many good books on writing a good book including this one. What I like about it is the combination of strategy and theory with practical technical advice. The challenge is that technology changes, but in this case there is a free companion online class so the author can make updates and share resources. This in of itself is a powerful model for future books.

Brilliant information - Brilliant inspiration! Thank you so much for writing Authorpreneur. It inspired me to not over think writing and just get on and write a book. I have some great ideas for making a business out of my writing and, for the first time in ages, I've felt totally focused and in the zone. When you mentioned in the book that you wrote one book in a week, it propelled me to do the same. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful advice in Authorpreneur! When the student is ready, the teacher arrives. I'm currently writing a book. As i was walking through a book store this title jumped off the table. Outstanding! A casually but deftly written full length DIY manual for self-publishing. The author inspires with anecdotes and encouragement and countless examples. Unlike most in the how-to genre, this volume is packed with directly actionable, specific procedures in every chapter. No fluff. I can't wait to start writing! Outstanding! A simple, quick read. Thorough overview of how to publish as a nonfiction writer WITH a business plan or gimmick in mind. Yes, gimmick. I did glean a few new links, but this is just not the kind of nonfiction info I was looking for.

Well written and perfect for anyone contemplating a new business or writing a book. For me, I found the first 2/3 of the book information I knew, but still very much worth reading. Hidden in the last third of the book were some little gems that included great ideas for marketing. My favorite book so far (this is the 2nd one I have read) by Jesse is Hustle.

A Born Mentor Jesse tells you everything you need to know about why and how you should write a book. This is by far the most informative, useful book on the subject I have read, and I have read many. I can’t wait to take Jesse’s free course that comes with the book.

I read a little bit every day and I liked it! As someone who wants to write a book and has some ideas on what to write this book helped a lot with summarizing how to do everything tactical when the idea is already there. I liked the Tipps and I think that this content can be really helpful!

Jesse brings in his book a wealth of tips and examples on how you can turn an idea into a book and other services associated with it. The whole point is to share your knowledge with the world and in the process to witness your own development. Truly inspirational!

Loved every minute of reading it Jesse makes writing, launching and marketing your book by yourself, leas daunting than others make it seem. I like that he talked about what didn’t work in his first book. Even after publishing 3 bestsellers, I still gained a lot from this book. I recommend it any day for people starting out and established authors as well.
