I translated parts of this book to help a friend and along the way I got hocked. The book is highly practical and beneficial and enjoyable for those who have an interest in human behavior and dieting ofc.

Required reading material during my undergraduate education. Impressive, qualitative and applicable. After lending to my internship preceptor, she stated it will be required reading for next years interns.

Well, I'm not sure "read" is accurate...definitely did not read every page in this one! And, I'll be going back to this book when I try to take the RD exam...as it will probably be about a 1/4 of the material! Hopefully I'll have really learned it all during my internship.
