NOT KETO FRIENDLY! Who ever gave the thumbs up for this book doesn't know anything about nutritional ketosis. The net carb calculations are WAY off and there has been no attempt to balance macros. I calculated calories and macros for each day of this "keto" menu. The calorie counts are feast or famine to say the least. Some days have huge calorie counts while others contain barely half a days caloric needs. The net carb data is a joke. Do yourself a favor and don't take my word for it. Use an app NOT KETO FRIENDLY! No meal planning involved There are some basic recipes and meal prepping generalizations. Unfortunately, nothing mentions how long you can freeze stuff for, when to cook it, etc... lots of fish recipes, how long does the fish last? Needs some specificity... I’ll try some recipes and give it a shot though since I already bought the damn book.
