Thank you to Goodreads and the publisher for a giveaway copy of this book. I like that they start off both sections with general tips for making a basic cheesecake or casserole. That’s helpful for beginners. There was a good variety of recipes and some I found very intriguing like the savory cheesecakes. It’s the perfect time of year to be baking cheesecakes and casseroles so I can’t wait to actually bake one of the recipes.

Surprisingly enough, I make a few of the casserole recipes already. Some are a bit interesting and seem to have a name applied to it, but doesn't seem 100% accurate.
