The quality of the book physically is incredible but there's so much lore and art jampacked into these volumes - which unfortunately isn't always the case with lore books. Absolutely adored reading this and certain sections hit different after finishing Endwalker. If you enjoy FFXIV, you need to give these volumes a shot. THIS IS NICHE AF AND PROBABLY BIASED BUT..... But a must-buy/must-read for anyone remotely interested in a deep dive into the lore of XIV. Second volume covers lore from patches 4.0 to 4.55 (Stormblood release until the release of Shadowbringers) along with updates/additions from the previous volume. Wonderful reference material for speculations, roleplay, and takes being reference material pretty seriously. Also, this book was designed WITHOUT a barcode or any sort of sales material on the cover THIS IS NICHE AF AND PROBABLY BIASED BUT.....
