This just wasn't for me. I just felt like some poems could easily have been prose. They sounded like prose divided in verses to me. I can't be more honest than that. There's 2 or 3 typos. An enjoyable collection "This collection of poetry covers varied subjects from the more melancholy and introspective pieces, such as being stuck in a rut and the general ups and downs of life to those which bring a smile or have a positive message. The pieces themselves are a mixture of free verse and rhyme. Very quick read, as will all poetry collections some are better than others, my personal favourites are: - standing ovation - light - this is why I write - impossible - your smile - just you - the impossible (This is in order of them coming in the collection, impossible and the impossible are two different poems)

I absolutely loved this collection of poems. Each one was beautifully written and different than the next. And they told a story of love and loss in such a way that you felt the emotion.
