    Fairlly Good formatting for an e-cookbook, but first two recipes tried were defective The layout and indexing of this ebook was good, and the recipes appeared straightforward, but the hot and sour soup recipe had zero heat- producing ingredients (black pepper, hot pepper sauce, etc.), and there Dan Dan noodles were way over salted, had poorly explained ingredients (is mustard dried, Chinese, etc.?), and made excessive quantity for the specified weight of dried noodles (about 1.5 c (350ml) of sauc Fairlly Good formatting for an e-cookbook, but first two recipes tried were defective The layout and indexing of this ebook was good, and the recipes appeared straightforward, but the hot and sour soup recipe had zero heat- producing ingredients (black pepper, hot pepper sauce, etc.), and there Dan Dan noodles were way over salted, had poorly explained ingredients (is mustard dried, Chinese, etc.?), and made excessive quantity for the specified weight of dried noodles (about 1.5 c (350ml) of sauce for 4 oz. (112g) of noodles) I may try other recipes. If they are good I'll revise this rating upwards.

    My kind of recipe book This is the best Chinese cook book in a long time for me. I love the list of ingredients then the short text to make the recipe. Nothing long winded and such a large list of recipes. The title is spot on because with this selection your so in control. Thank you for providing this beautiful selection for me to dip into.
