I received a copy of this book through the amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. This is a pretty standard cook book. There aren't pictures of the recipes, which is kind of a bummer. There's a variety of recipes including snacks, main dishes, and desserts. To stay low carb this book recommends some sugar alternatives and ingredients like coconut oil. It's a helpful book to getting started with low carb eating. Overall it's a decent find! I received a copy of this book through the amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.
