Notes: 1. Mindfulness is actively noticing new things, essence of engagement. If I know why I am doing something procrastination can go away by pritiozing the work. Mindfulness makes one less judgemental because it helps one to appreciate why people behave the way they do. 2. By going back(balcony mode) one can find a way to be right. Zero accedient policy= max lying policy. Mindful, qualitative comments increase personal relationship. Saying 'your eyes are sparkling' is more effective than you l Notes: 1. Vigilance/ Very focused is mindless. Soft openness but not single mindness is okay. One can miss other opportunities. 4. Practicing non judgmental and mindfulness can change brain, can change leadership quality. 5. Practice throughout workday: good start with walking or breathing- relaxation practice- focus on important and increase awareness. 6. Emotional agility: pattern recognition, lebel thought and emotions & accept, act on values. 7. Risks: Sometimes rational and critical thinking are needed. Groupthink risk.

A good compilation of different articles discussing the process of and benefits of acting in a mindful manner with several good pointers on how one can employ mindfulness in their daily lives. A short read that is a great introduction to increase your understanding of what mindfulness is.
