Very good! Best one in a while actually! The story get weirder but it also evolve and we move further in. I'm really curious to see how Tynion will eventually be able to wrap it all up to a satisfying ending. Anyway, a lot of fun! Very good! Best one in a while actually! The crew is starting to figure some stuff out. But it’s what Ryan just did that has me very interested in the next issue.

4/5 stars The group has remade a very important discovery, can't wait to see how that ends up working for them. Everything seems to be coming together. 4/5 stars The group has remade a very important discovery, can't wait to see how that ends up working for them. Everything seems to be coming together.

Gosh durn! (Because I want to be aware of people’s’ sensitivities) This book is great. If you and your member are still together, come together, right now, over this book...

Just when you think Walter can't get any creepier... I noticed for the first time that there are animals in the opening scenes. Maybe I've missed this detail in other issues, but it made me wonder if the hellish intros are taking place in the real world. Given that the architecture matches the settings within Walter's world, I think we can assume that this lake house actually exists in the real world - like a set on a stage. That might not mean anything, but reading up to now has suggested that they're in some sort of simulation. The rat and pig presences summon an allusion to a lab, though, and that's appropriate for the situation, whatever it means. Anyway, this is another good, solid issue. The more we learn about Walter in the present, the creepier his actions in the past become. Previous issues have shown that Walter "loves" these people, but that it's not really love because it's more about possession and control. He wants to protect them, cost be damned. I could easily see this becoming such an obsession that he finally pins them like butterflies to preserve and keep them with him always once he realizes that they'll never make the choices he wants them to make. Then there would be no decisions to screw up his plan or meddling or wrenches. Speaking of...Norah and Ryan, huh? The series opened with them. Maybe this is foreshadowing the end? I also love the acupuncture epiphany and really wonder what David wanted from Reg. David is usually smarter than they give him credit for and I bet he stumbled into something that would've been useful had Reg not blown him off.

It felt like it was FINALLY going somewhere with the lack of bodily harm reveal AND Norah helping out, but then cliffhanger! TOO SHORT!
