I really like this cookbook for several reasons. First, it lies flat on the counter! Second, many of the recipes reflect the down home cooking of my grandmothers and aunts in Utah, which evokes great memories. And third, if you haven't tried the Orange Roll recipe on page 99 you don't know what you're missing. It's one of my brother-in-law's favorites. I really like this cookbook for several reasons. This is my "Go To" cookbook whenever I need a recipe that I know will work. I love the "Chicken Bundles" and the bread recipes are wonderful! If I had to leave the house with only one cookbook in hand, sorry Julia Child, this would be the one. This is my "Go To" cookbook whenever I need a recipe that I know will work.
