   I won this book on a goodreads giveaway. This book had a wide variety of interesting recipes that were easy to follow. Ranging from appetizers, dips, cakes and breads and even main meals with blueberries. The recipes were easy to follow and the ingredients were simple so anyone can make them. The only downside to this book was that some parts needed to be more specific.For example, one recipe calls for 1 pack of yeast. It doesn't actually state how much yeast. And it would have been useful to have a conversion page or something. For example the oven temperatures are all in fahrenheit but i use celsius. This would make the book easier to follow for a wider range of people. I did like this recipe book though since it is very adaptable. I also liked how the pages were paper instead of glossy paper then i can pencil in additions for the recipes. All in all, i liked this book and will keep referring to it in later baking projects. I give it 3.5 stars.

   I truly appreciate this complimentary book Blueberry Delights: A Collection of Blueberry Recipes by Karen Jean Matsko Hood that I received from the Goodreads Giveaway program. It couldn't have arrived at a better time. Blueberries are now in season and quite plentiful. Not only does it have a large variety of blueberry recipes that are easy to follow and use ingredients that are not difficult to find, but this book included interesting facts about blueberries and how to grow them. I also really I truly appreciate this complimentary book Blueberry Delights: A Collection of Blueberry Recipes by Karen Jean Matsko Hood that I received from the Goodreads Giveaway program. It couldn't have arrived at a better time. Blueberries are now in season and quite plentiful. Not only does it have a large variety of blueberry recipes that are easy to follow and use ingredients that are not difficult to find, but this book included interesting facts about blueberries and how to grow them. I also really enjoyed reading some of the folklore and history associated with blueberries. The poems remind one of the sights and tastes of spring and summer. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys cooking with these fresh or frozen delights.

   We grow blueberries in the side yard so Blueberry Delights Cookbook: A Collection of Blueberry Recipes is one of my favorites. It gives useful information of all types of blueberries, how to grow them and ways to use them in recipes. I found the information on pruning and fertilizer very helpful to keep my plants healthy and producing blueberries every year.
