One of the best books of biography I have read especially since it's about an individual who has recently passed away and his dedication to the field of Ḥadīth. I can say that the book is way better than reading PDF files off the internet and reading bits and pieces of information from here and there. If you don't know who this great scholar was, then this book may not interest you. For those who do, it is a brilliant read. Alhamdulillah telah direzekikan oleh Allah untuk mengkhatamkan buku ini. Buku ini merupakan sebuah biografi lengkap tentang Syaikh Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani. Buku ini menceritakan tentang riwayat hidup al-Syaikh daripada beliau kecil sehinggalah ke kematian beliau. Di dalam buku ini juga memuatkan tentang kisah-kisah yang agak unik tentang kehidupan syaikh. Selain itu buku ini juga menjawab beberapa fitnah yang dilemparkan kepada as-Syaikh. Memang bagus. Reading the life of Al Albaani was exciting but also completely disheartening. You're filled with admiration but you're also completely heart broken at the loss of such a remarkable human being. He was a hard worker and one that put in so much of effort for the deen. It's hard to read his biography and not fall in love with him. Al Albaani is truly an answered supplication of the prophet for his ummaah. I think much can be learned from Al Albaani and the way he practiced the deen.
